Cslymyian cultural focus: The Cooperative State of Skratta

This state is located in Southwest Cslymy, the origin of the Skrattain cultural group in Cslymy.
Skratta became part of the Lymyian Empire in 1489 AD., before what is known today as the United World Republic and Large parts of Max1mosburger were incorporated into the empire.
Skrattain culture has a large influence on Lymyian culture, as the Skrattain Empire (805-209 BC) had conquered the city of Samarkand and the areas around it for a long time, which was where the Lymyian state was created in 700 AD.
As such, Lymyian culture bears many similarities to Skrattain culture, especially in the music and artistic areas.
Unlike many other provinces under the Lymyian Empire, due to the distant location of Skratta from the then-capital, Samarkand, the Royal family of Skratta was given administrative power to rule the province, with much autonomy. As a result, the Royal family was not lost but is still present today, residing in the Skrattain Royal Palace, although it no longer has any political power, unlike most other provinces whose royal family has been long lost. The Royal Family receives little special monetary aid from the government, besides that from the cultural and tourism board.

Skratta culture is considered to be a Lymyian culture, as they are distantly related to the more widely known branch of Lymyian culture which is found both in the birthplace of the Lymyian capital Samarkand and the current capital of Cslymy, Bahru Lymy.
