Cslymy welcomes other nations into the NORDERON economic Union, providing lower tariffs, inter state cooperations and more trading access.

The Ministry of State Affairs of Cand Youkeons is proposing to release some autonomous regions as satellite states, since the population in those areas is becoming increasingly hard to control.

After a lengthy debate in parliament between the central government and representatives from each of the autonomous provinces, the following agreement was reached:

- The Hasian Federation will be formed from the provinces of Herzim, Saje-Capua and a portion of North Gesul. This federation will encompass most of the historical kingdom of Hasia which ruled the region in the past before being conquered by Cand Youkeons.
- The Hasian Federation will become a satellite state of the Order of Cand Youkeons, where it will be allowed to form its own government and manage its own internal affairs including its economy and social policies, but aforementioned government will be under the control of the Central Government and must remain loyal to the Order of Cand Youkeons. Government officials of the Hasian Federation will also be selected by the Central Government. The Order of Cand Youkeons will still be in charge of the Hasian Federation's resources, including the numerous Coal and Copper mines.
- Any disloyalty to the Order will immediately terminate the Hasian Federation's freedom as a satellite state and it shall be directly incorporated into the Order of Cand Youkeons will no autonomy.

We hope that this will ensure peace within the country and decrease the chances of an uprising against our rule.
