MIC RP #004: Retribution

At 7:37pm last night, infamous international criminal Petr Chenowicz, often known by his alias 'the Black Dragon', escaped from a maximum security prison on Bjernejre in den Hwedlander, the northern territory of Yrsaland.

Chenowicz was broken out by a group of no less than 120 individuals, one of which was identified as the equally infamous terrorist Jorgen Kloversby, an Yrsk soldier-turned-fascist revolutionary. The group of criminals were extremely well-organised, overpowering the 10 civilian guards who had been posted at the facility, which held just Chenowicz in a solitary confinement chamber. The group was equipped with firearms, which allowed them to free Chenowicz by overpowering the guards, and executing 7 of them.

"This has been a devastating incident for the Yrsk. Chenowicz is responsible for attempted terrorist incidents in Luojing in Cslymy, Sklosris in the UWR and Skalohavn in Yrsaland. Please do not overreact. While caution is good, please do not ban immigration. There are many who need a safe haven and have no malicious intent. On top of that, we would like you to reconsider repatriating previously accepted immigrants. Many of them are innocent and merely seeking a better life.

One problem with this threat is the large areas of land available for the terrorists to train and acquire weapons, due to the large expanses of ungoverned land. I propose to the supreme Moradaland Court to allow states to carry out investigations and send military personnel for arrest and security purposes in any land which is not governed and have considerable influence in these areas until the suspect has been caught.

I believe that is a splendid idea. The orange routes describe the most likely routes the terrorists have taken. As such, the red highlighted areas will be where the Cslymyian military will be in charge, green the UWRs and blue the Yrsk. The available in northern Norderon not highlighted shall be covered by the Aurelius military, with aid from Cslymyian and Yrsk militaries. Cand Youkeons would provide most of the equipment and funding for this, as they need not contribute much personnel for their location. Is everyone amenable to this?

If nothing is found here and within our countries, it is most probable the terrorists have fled to Aurelius and are either staying there or have entered the ungoverned lands of the continent. If so, I propose setting up military bases there.

This operation shall be codenamed Operation Russia. I hereby request that all nations send allocated special ops forces to Cslymy for briefing and training, as the area is near Cslymy. Please do so asap and inform us of the relevant details.

We also will need nations to send partial amount of forces to yrsaland, and enter the compound via the Eastern border of Yrsaland to surround the forces. We could also surround them even more from Aurelius.

Cslymy will send 7 G-10aircraft to support the mission, to recce and support and our advanced Ly Moorley Battleship will be on standby near the coast at the sea of teleris. Cslymy will also take care of all the logistics for Operation South Russia (entering via Southern of the tundra, from Cslymy) West Russia will be taken care BY yrsaland.
Hence, we also encouraged other nations to contribute much more monetary resources or personnel and equipment

The full roster of equipment Yrsaland will supply includes:

- Spectre Legions 101-105
- 500 VX-TA22 semi-automatic burst rifles
- 20 YVEL-4 heavy energy breaching cannons
- 1000 PP-36 semi-automatic pistols
- 5 YV-XVL fighter jets, with stealth atmospheric dithering
- 2 YM-HLU5 mid-range bombers


Yrsaland will lead the attack on the northern raid on the compound.

The operation Russia as a whole will begin at 11pm Karakol time(side note: can the map makers create timezones) Yrsaland please take note of this. UWR please assign which forces you will be sending for OPERATION South and West Russia respectively. Cand Youkeons please send equipment by latest 9 May, 5am Karakol time to Karakol air base.

Very well then. I believe that all the forces are ready to strike. We will strike tomorrow at 3am, Cslymyian forces will leave the mountainside region of Rafktok and scour the area. Yrsk forces should leave by 1am in order to arrive at the same area at the same time. UWR forces must be on standby at EAST Russia by 4am.

As well as 5 of the advanced camouflage shields mentioned earlier, capable of blocking all sound, light and thermal indication, allowing only communications through.
