Yrsaland has constructed the YGGDRASILL-N3 core module for the YGGDRASILL station. This module is currently being tested in the Kverdveld Fabrication Station in den Kvidlandur in northern Yrsaland at a cost of Δ2,150,000,000 and will provide the backbone for the much larger YGGDRASILL station. At a weight of 250 tons, the module will be delivered in 2 distinct parts, each delivered to a 432km orbit via VUGEL-N1N5 heavy 2-stage reusable lifters 3 days apart. The core module is uninhabitable, but many other modules have also been constructed, such as a medical bay, crew quarters, larger solar arrays, hydrophonics laboratories and a space dock. Overall, the project is expected to cost the Yrsk government Δ2 trillion.

Docking port protocols and designs have been submitted to the UWR and Cslymy in order to ensure that their modules are also able to attach to the YGGDRASILL station.

In addition, Yrsaland has constructed 10 LOKI-L6 6-man crew shuttles which will deliver the astronauts onto the station soon after the habitation modules are attached.

[3... 2... 1... Ve heven yrjehud!]

VUGEL-N1N5-2307 lifted off just 6 hours ago, bringing with it the 250 ton YGGDRASILL core module into a 432km circular orbit around Earth at an orientation of 45.8° from the poles.

The flight was a textbook success, with the VUGEL-N1 series of heavy lifters being designed by SKALAR in collaboration with the Yrsk government to run on hydrogen fuel, the first rocket ever to do so.

Stage 1 returned to Earth after a 5 minute acceleration burn, elevating the module to 320km. The stage then retrofired, landing safely in the sea of Torderos, where it was retrieved.

Stage 2 carried the module to a 432km circular orbit after 25 minutes of ignition. It retrofired, re-entering the atmosphere where it landed near the cost of den Kvidlandur.

The mission was watched by 200 million Yrsk on TV and an estimated 4 billion worldwide. Yrsaland has been the first nation in this new space race to firmly establish a foothold in the New Frontier.

Cslymyian partially governmental space company, NewSpace, along with large Cslymyian commercial space companies such as CSpace, have partnered to launch a new space station, the Cslymyian Space Station 2 into space. It has departed earth at 9am and enter Earth's orbit soon. It has room for 250 people, many solar panels, as well as many labs for testing in space conditions. It has many launch pads for other smaller space vessels to launch off, capable of launching and holding 15 satallited and small manned space vessels. Testing will begin tomorrow and if everything goes on plan, it will be available for space tourism in 2 months. This is a great success for the Cslymyian space mission along with the Norderon Space Initiative, and will allow more exploration to further places. The Cslymyian government plans to use this as a springboard for more space stations elsewhere, such as the orbit of Mars or Venus.
All members of the Norderon Space Initiative and Democratising Space Initiative will be able to use the space station easily.

The UWR has launched 4 modules, including one power module, 2 research modules and 1 habitation module. A further 5 modules will be launched, 1 for research purposes, especially regarding the growth of organic matter in space. 2 for habitation and 2 for space transport research, consisting of spacecraft to directly be stored in space without the need for entry into the atmosphere. UWRMOS is also collaborating with NoverIntraner to bring high speed internet connectivity into the space station.

Cslymyian tech firms NewSpace and CSpace are working with LifeOn and CLife, CTechnical, a company specialising in practical setups and physics, and Botania. CSpace, CLife and CTechnical all are part of CGroup, a Cslymyian startup that has grown to very large proportions, with large investments from investors and focusing on science and tech.

These are working together to help make moon living feasible to start the lunar colony, where a feasible model is expected to be refined by 6 months - 1 year, and testing can begin in 1.5-2 years.

VUGEL-N5N7-AF41, AF42, JJ87 and JJ90 launched yesterday, carrying modules LLE-1, LLF-1, CVA and CVB to the YGGDRASILL station.

Module LLE-1 is a hydrophonics laboratory, integrated into the station's carbon dioxide, water and oxygen supplies. This module will provide biologists aboard the station to monitor the effects of microgravity and space travel on terrestrial plants, providing insight into how this will affect them for future colonisation missions. Yrsk plants are particularly hardy, coming from rugged mountains and frozen tundra, making them the ideal plants for these situations.

Module LLF-1 is a general laboratory for the astronauts to conduct various experiments, investigating chemical reactions, biological functions and power generation methods. SKALAR, in collaboration with the Yrsk government, is working on a new method of electrical generation, using solar radiation, the Earth's magnetic field and the velocity of the station to induce an electrical current.

Module CVA, one of the three Core modules, is a 16-person crew module. However, the station has a maximum capacity of 12 - the extra 4 quarters are for pass-over missions, where multiple craft may be temporarily docked. The module also contains lavatory facilities and a medical bay

Module CVB is a general maintenance area, with a large 3D printer. This new device allows the crew to construct new objects and tools to assist them with experiments and repairs.
